[email protected] is the address printed in the footer of every page. Mail sent there is delivered to the editor, and replies come back from that same address. Please do not send passwords, payment cards, or a photo of a personal reward code.

If you are writing about a code the app rejected, the public rules are on the redeem page: seven days after redemption, U.S. 18+, while supplies last. This desk does not have an error-code chart, so include what the app actually displayed.
