How to redeem a WendyQuest code
Copy the code from the in-game inventory bag, open the Wendy's app, go to Offers, choose Redeem Promo Code, paste, and follow the prompts.
The official FAQ is a short chain. After a Mech Boss, a Reward Code appears. You tap to copy it. You tap Go to Wendy's App, or you open the app yourself. On the Offers tab you choose Redeem Promo Code and paste. The account needs to be signed in. I treat that chain as the procedure, and I do not add extra screens the FAQ does not name.
If the code is missing from the victory screen, the launch blog points at the inventory bag. That is the first place to look before assuming the fight failed. IGN's rewards piece says a second fight with the same boss does not appear to mint another code, so replaying one boss is a weak plan if the bag is empty.
A code that the app rejects can be expired, used up, or outside the offer rules. The published rules are: seven days after redemption, while supplies last, U.S. players, age 18 or older, and a purchase attached to the food. Wendy's has not published a table of error numbers. I will not invent “error 104” or promise that customer care replies on a timer. The Wendy's help channel is theirs, not this site's inbox.
This page is the button path. The rewards page is the menu of food. The codes page is the status of whether any shared string exists. Those three jobs stay separate so a redeem walkthrough does not turn into a fake code list.
Questions
The code is not on the victory screen. Where else?
The launch blog says to look in the inventory bag.
The app says the offer is over. What does that mean?
Supplies can run out, and a redeemed offer lasts seven days. No error-code chart is published.
Do I need the Wendy's app?
Yes. The FAQ sends you to Offers → Redeem Promo Code inside that app.
Can I redeem from outside the United States?
The offer text is for U.S. players. The FAQ also has a line about North American players, and it does not list other countries.
